Attorney Ricky Palladino devotes the majority of his practice to immigration law but also practices in the area of criminal law and personal injury. Having worked for the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (“INS”) prior to entering the private bar, he brings a wealth of insight and experience into his role as advocate and counselor. Mr. Palladino loves meeting individuals from all over the world and aims to foster relationships with his clients that go beyond the parameters of immigration law. Mr. Palladino thoroughly enjoys being an immigration lawyer and brings his pride and zeal for his job into every case. Mr. Palladino was recognized as a Super Lawyer / Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine in 2012.
Prior to entering the private bar, Mr. Palladino worked as the District Counsel’s intern for the legacy INS. Mr. Palladino graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law and attended Temple Law School as a visiting student for his final year of law school. While at Temple Law School, Mr. Palladino won a Barrister’s Award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy. Prior to founding Solow, Isbell & Palladino, LLC, Mr. Palladino worked as an associate attorney for six years with Bagia and Associates, PC.
Mr. Palladino handles all immigration cases and has appeared in numerous Immigration Courts and USCIS offices across the country. Mr. Palladino’s practice is centered in Philadelphia, PA but he has a significant following in New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Baltimore, MD. Mr. Palladino is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association where he serves as the Philadelphia chapter liaison to Immigration & Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is a member of the Military Assistance Program which provides pro bono legal services for members of our armed forces as well as their immediate family members. Mr. Palladino serves as an advisor to the Bilingual Undergraduate Studies for Collegiate Advancement (“BUSCA”) program at La Salle University and sits on the Alumni Board of Directors for La Salle University.
Mr. Palladino has spoken on immigration law topics at various colleges and universities such as: University of Pennsylvania, La Salle University, Wilmington University, Brac University (Dhaka, Bangladesh) and Burlington County College. Mr. Palladino has delivered Continuing Legal Education training seminars to fellow lawyers hosted by the American Immigration Lawyers Association and LawReviewCle. Mr. Palladino has also delivered numerous immigration seminars to organizations including: Pennsylvania Association of Dairy Farmers; Korean-American Grocers Association of Philadelphia.
Mr. Palladino assists individuals in all areas of immigration law including: removal defense, family based immigration, asylum and refugee requests, naturalization, VAWA applications, U visas, F-1 student visas and all other temporary visas (R, O, P, etc). Mr. Palladino assists employers in all areas of immigration law as well, including: Labor Certifications, National Interest Waivers, H1b Visas, H2B & H2A visas, TN Visas. Mr. Palladino represents several companies with I-9 Compliance & I-9 Audits and has a significant following in the agricultural community.
Mr. Palladino is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
