Attorney Matthew Hartnett has been with Solow, Isbell & Palladino since 2009, and has extensive experience litigating removal defense cases before the US Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals (including asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and complex waivers). Mr. Hartnett also represents clients before USCIS and other DHS sub-agencies in a variety of matters such as, but not limited to: family-based immigrant petitions (marriage adjustments), naturalization, employment-based petitions (PERM, I-140/EB immigrant visas), waivers of inadmissibility, VAWA, nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, R, P, O) and U visas for victims of crime.
While working as a full-time paralegal with Solow, Isbell & Palladino, Mr. Hartnett simultaneously earned his law degree from Rutgers University where he attended night school. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hartnett also obtained a M.A. in Latin American Studies from Universidad de Salamanca in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 2004. Attorney Hartnett is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is fluent in Spanish.
